I ve tryied in the Frozen Forest (http://www.xennon.co.uk/eliteskills/) but none of those pinesoul bosses was called Unthet Rotwood (there was -wood sufix only) and none of them use Virulence. Where to capture this elite? Is it still capturable? If its not, where to find Energy Surge?

yes, it is still there. the spawns are random, sometimes a different boss will spawn in those locations. it took me about 5 trips to get it.

Hi Therm!
I remember when I cought that skill. That monster was a none of those locations even if he's supposed to spawn at them some time. Keep going up from the to crosses at the map and you should fine him.
Otherwise: Just buy it from a Priest of Balthazar x)

Finally i got it

but i thought that one char could only have one elite and i have two of them for now. So there is no limit?

If you have an elite equipped and you capture one you'll have them both until you go back to town or zone, i forget. But yeah if you captured 4 elites you could have them all for a short amount of time.

Buying from priest of balth only ulocks this for PvP and costs 3000 faction. Just searching for the boss is far easier. I found him after 2 or 3 attempts.

This skill is well worth the time IMHO. Works great in fragility builds. Note also that the description is wrong. You also get posion as well as disease and weakness.
